I am a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor (since January 2020), and have worked as Housing Counselor in the Chicagoland area since May, 2015. I have thorough levels of experience in all housing counseling areas, as well as NCHEC certification including but not limited to: Pre-purchase counseling and homeownership education, eviction/rental counseling, foreclosure intervention counseling, post-purchase counseling and education, as well as reverse mortgage foreclosure counseling. I have worked at a variety of Chicagoland non-profits including Law Center For Better Housing, Open Communities, Northside Community Development Corporation, Latin United Community Housing Association (LUCHA), and currently Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago (NHS) as a Senior Homeownership Consultant.

I am seeking opportunities at this time to explore other organizational missions, as well as an increase in compensation for my work (I currently make $57k annual gross income, and would like to reach $65k annually if possible).
