I currently work as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor where I provide pre-purchase, post-purchase, financial capability, and foreclosure prevention counseling. My experience includes conducting comprehensive financial assessments, reviewing credit and budgets, developing individualized action plans, assisting clients with mortgage readiness, and connecting families with housing and community resources. I also conduct homebuyer education workshops covering the homebuying process, fair housing, consumer protections, credit, budgeting, and responsible homeownership.
My background in real estate and mortgage lending allows me to provide clients with a well-rounded understanding of the entire homeownership process, from becoming financially prepared through financing and ultimately closing on a home.
