I work as a certified Housing Counselor in the human services field, with 2 years of experience (3 years in July 2026), where I provide direct counseling and education focused on homelessness prevention, rental counseling, and both rental and homeowner housing stability. In addition to one-on-one client support, I co-facilitate educational workshops on rental readiness, credit building, and financial fitness, helping clients strengthen their long-term housing and financial stability.

Beyond direct service delivery, I’ve taken initiative to modernize and improve our agency’s educational approach. I’ve revamped workshop presentations across all programs and developed virtual versions of key trainings, including credit building and financial fitness workshops. My work reflects a strong interest in expanding access through digital learning and improving how housing counseling services are delivered.

I’m currently seeking opportunities that are more aligned and progressive—ideally roles that allow me to bridge counseling, education, and digital innovation while contributing to more modern, accessible approaches within the housing and human services space.
