Under the supervision of the Homeownership Program Manager, the Homeownership Specialist will work with the community at large and be responsible for the implementation and delivery of VCCDC’s homeownership educational workshops and financial coaching programs including pre-purchase, post-purchase, reverse mortgage, and foreclosure prevention. This is a full-time onsite position with flexibility for occasional/partial remote work once trained and established if local hire or fully remote if HUD-certified and at least 1-2 years experience.
HUD-certification not required at time of hiring. However, must be able to achieve certification within 45 days of hire date.
