Requires familiarity of housing-related concepts such as: pre purchase; tenancy; mortgage delinquency; tax delinquency; and other housing-related topics. Provide data entry, intake, obtains documents, evaluates, prepares, and process applications and other documents upon request; filing, typing, inner/office correspondence. Responsible for entry of information and upload of relevant documents into computer systems as it relates to client files and records. Previous practice as a housing counselor and possession of nationally-recognized certifications, a plus.
Duties:
Responsible work under a HUD certified housing counselor who has practiced in all areas of housing counseling for a minimum of three years. Required to review files for accuracy, confirm that all required documents are contained in each folder, enter data and upload documents into the case management system, and run daily and weekly reports from the systems. The individual must also generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for status updates, quality completion, tracking and billing submissions. All other duties fall under the category “clerical” in addition to those other duties requested and/or assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
· Proven speed in data entry
· Microsoft Office mastery
Mastery of RXOffice CMS
