Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate on creation of annual outreach and expansion plan
Research expansion opportunities and industry changes within the housing sector
Coordinate creation and disbursement of digital engagement materials for social media channels
Run online partner reports on a monthly basis
Foster ongoing relationships with partners
Participate in regional and national outreach events (1-3 times a year) to connect with key stakeholders.
Offer live chat support for both technical and programmatic questions for the online HBE program.
Assist Homebuyer Education Manager with major grants

Position Qualifications:

Four year degree is required.
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Solid understanding of the real estate industry.
General knowledge of accounting principles.
A strong grasp of financial fitness and credit.
Self-directed and motivated performer with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Strong digital and research skills.
Experience with social media platforms.
Ability to prepare and deliver impactful oral and written reports on development and outreach activities.
Exceptional networking and interpersonal abilities.
Strong planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence.

Must become a HUD certified housing counselor.
